                                          I really enjoyed Week 1 module for SYSE 515; especially in the sense that the Professor didn't just pivot us into coursework right off of the bat, but required us to leverage critical thinking and analysis to provide a personal context of the mathematical applications in our everyday lives. I just feel more vested in the course and course work now because I am fully confident of how critical it is in my professional life. Additionally, I am pleased with the level of engagement and interaction displayed by my classmates. They are not only friendly and inquisitive, but well-traveled, professionally proficient, and ready to share their perspectives and experiences. For me, gleaning knowledge from my peers is one of the most valuable aspects concerning this coursework. I am fascinated by Ontologies with regards to aspects of System Analysis and Classification, so I truly enjoyed our textbook portion of  this module. I was not previously aware of Churchman's theories and methodologies, so that really was essential for laying the foundations of this course in my humble opinion. I am excited to see what new concepts Module 2 will bring us. Below is my favorite coffee mug for this week. Cheers!
